I don't believe that this action will cure the problem, because only the
newsgroup
mozilla.support.seamonkey is affected, the other groups that i have subscribed
did
not exhibit the problem.
The other suggestion is to unsubscribe from the group, then resubscribe. I've
heard
a couple of explanations as to why this might solve your issue, but I can't say
for sure.
