One thing whoever volunteers can do is to look at how Firefox imports Bookmarks etc from SeaMonkey. Since our file formats are identical all we need is to adapt their code to our situation. We could probably use their Opera and IE import code as well. Similarly for the Thunderbird code that imports SeaMonkey Mail. Unfortunately a couple of years ago, our MailNews and import code expert was so expert, MozillaMessaging hired him to work full time on Thunderbird and since then we've hardly heard a peep from him. Although we do hear the sounds of bells pealing in the distance sometimes.
