I have filed an online complaint with the Amtrak Inspector General,
citing a potential violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act
because audio browsers for the blind might also be excluded. At the
Inspector General's Web page, I found a link to send a message to the
site's Webmaster, which I used to send another complaint.
Please kindly let's know if you get a reply/response. :) Maybe we all
should write in too.
