$ seamonkey -addressbook should work, if you mean opening SeaMonkey address book without previously opening another window. The easier way I know of doing something similar is selecting the message in the Sent folder and pressing [Ctrl]+[E] to "edit message as new". Then you just need to change the To address, although you can also change anything else you wish.
