I think it is more about the version of Flashblock on AMO being
Firefox-only.
For instance, if you go to
<https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/seamonkey/addon/flashblock/> you get
redirected to
<https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/flashblock/>, yet
<https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/seamonkey/addon/noscript/> does not
redirect.
In addition,<https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/flashblock/>
says "Updated July 14, 2011" and "For other browsers such as Seamonkey
2.0, and Netscape 9, please visit our project installation page for the
latest Flashblock 1.3.x.
http://flashblock.mozdev.org/installation2.html#current"
So I think the Add-ons manager is just showing add-ons on AMO that are for
SeaMonkey.
I'm not up on my acronyms so "AMO" is a mystery but maybe that's not
important.
AMO = addons.mozilla.org
