You can try *Seazilla 0.3 Classic theme*
It supports Seamonkey 2.0b1pre - 2.0.* but works here with Seamonkey 2.2
Needs a workaround and some minor tweaks.
I first installed *Add-On Compatibility Reporter*

Then I installed *Seazilla 0.3 Classic Theme*
I posted a comment with instructions how to enable this theme in
Seamonkey 2.1/2.2
