It is a depressing thought. Can there really be life after XP ?
I never liked XP; I went from NT4 to Win2000 to Vista, then Windows 7. I
think you can actually uninstall Internet Explorer in Windows 7, but you
have to be careful as some DLLs are used from IE in other parts of
Windows. I've recently tested IE9 and absolutely hate it. It still has
all the security flaws and annoying nag screens, and it's still slow
compared to SM, plus there's no mail/news, and no ability to do "non
admin rights" per user installs.
