This used to work but YouTube changed something and when I click on More
for this extension I end up here:

When I click on Install, I end up here:

What do I do with that?

Greasemonkey has to be installed first.

Or can I just copy all the text and save the file as User.js? I don't
have a User.js file.

I ask because the original version of this extension was an .xpi file, IIRC.

Someone used a Greasemonkey compiler and converted the userscript into
an XPI.

I got it installed by editing the install.rdf file after saving the .xpi file. Works again!
