Cookies deleted with a program that I use to clean up my system of
excess unneeded files.
That could very well likely be the source of your issue. It is causing
an inconsistency with the internal data of SeaMonkey, and causing these
issues.
That makes sense. The good part is that everything is back to "normal"
and working fine.
