Is this something that will also be done in SeaMonkey? I hope not. I see no benefit and a possible detriment to end-users from this idea. After all, most software on my computer -- even the My Computer window -- presents the version number from [Help > About]. Although Thunderbird no longer provides the UA string, it too still tells me the current version number from [Help > About]. -- David E.
