Justin, Thank you. Following your instructions, I double clicked on
the link and got the Link Properties dialog. I didn't see a choice for
"source", but I selected "Advanced Edit". The "Advanced Property
Editor" allowed me to change the target url. I was then able to save
it.

Apparently what you describe are additional changes from 2.2 to 2.3!
But at least you helped me to be able to do the editing I wanted to
do, using 2.2. Much appreciated.
