Maybe a Flash crash (AFAICS IPC is involved). Try disabling Flash
(about:addons, Plugins, Shockwave Flash, Disable).

By the way: There is a new version of Flash just out. I just downloaded
the latest version Flash for mac this morning.
The latest version of Flash -- 10.3 r183 -- has been available for over
a month now.
