My question is on-topic because it relates to the operation of Add-ons Manager and the disabling of a SeaMonkey plug-in. Or were you referring to your own reply as off-topic? By the way, I have Windows XP Home Edition Version 5.1 (Build 2600.xpsp_sp3_gdr.101209-1647: Service Pack 3), which is still being maintained by Micro$oft and is thus current. -- David E.
