also comes from nsScriptableDateFormat.cpp. Would surely be helpful if
we could track this one down in that bug, perhaps with your help.

That's the browser side of a "plugin hang", i.e. a case where a plugin
has become unresponsive and SeaMonkey needed to kill its process (and
record both the state of the browser and plugin processes here).
