Try AdBlock Plus from <http://adblockplus.org/en/>.  Although it is
intended to block advertisements, it can be used to block any domain or
specific URI you choose.

On occasion, I might filter and ignore all newsgroup messages
posted through GoogleGroups via Google's G2/1.0 user agent
because of spam from that source.
