The capability to delete old history -- where "old" is defined by the
user -- was deleted in SeaMonkey 2.1.  That is because it was deleted
from the Places component of Toolkit, and SeaMonkey uses Toolkit.  See

On occasion, I might filter and ignore all newsgroup messages
posted through GoogleGroups via Google's G2/1.0 user agent
because of spam from that source.
