Works for me Windows 7 Seamonkey 2.3.1. Go to www.google.com and at
the top of the page there is:
Web Images Videos Maps News Shopping Gmail more
Click Images and you get the Images search page:
"New! Now you can use an image to start your Google search.
Learn more, or try it now by dragging one of these images into the
search box above. "
