I had a similar experience with SM 2.2.
Looks to me like a coding issue, but others more expert than I may wish
to respond.
The default video is coded thus:

allowscriptaccess="always" wmode="transparent"

... so apparently their player is supposed to look up the video(s) at
<http://www.tv4u.com/tv4u/xml/438.xml> and play it (them). When I
visited that page, I got this (visible version, not source code):
