For those, having the Wingdings font installed on their machine and want to compare the rendering of SM compared with others browsers, they can look the page: http://home.scarlet.be/~rs268454/WINGDINGS-TEST.html
Opera, Firefox and SeaMonkey display "JKL". IE, Chrome and Safari show 3 smiley characters. That's on Windows. I'm not sure the smileys are displayed the same in Chrome and Safari on other systems.
