A file is unable to do something and certainly not automatically :-)
I imagine what the OP wants is a "silent" installer, one that runs
automatically after you click on it without asking any questions (well,
except for the Windows UAC prompts).
So you need to double-click on a file, and after that you *must* give
all de details for the pop/smtp parameters. It seems impossible to
install SM mail silently.
