Yes, the Apple "Magic Mouse" does a lot of tricks, right-middle-left- scrolling several ways. Nope, it's how SeaMonkey was "improved" in the most current version. I'm discovering other issues with 2.4.1 that make me wonder why and how they manage to lose good simple features with every attempt to improve the product.
