Just received an update on my linux 64bit system that 2.5b3 is available. Interesting:
1. On my 32bit linux system (both are 2.5b2) the rss notice doesn't appear even though I've 'Check Messages' multiple times. 2. On both systems 'Help|Check for Updates' shows no update even though both are showing in 'about:config' app.update.channel;beta So I check on Windows: 1. On system shows an update available to update to 2.5b2 (it's obviously at 2.5b1). It's also at 'app.update.channel;beta'. Upgrade that one to 2.5b2 and restart. Again 'Help|Check for Updates' shows no update. 2. Check on another WinXP machine: same results. Questions: 1. Why does the rss feed properly get the notice on the linux 64bit but not on this 32bit? 2.
