Before I waste my time with SeaMonkey, has anyone set up multiple
NewsGroups on SeaMonkey?
Does it all play correctly?

I tried with Thunderbird (latest download) on Win7Pro 64 and it mangled
everything newsgroup related.
I loaded one newsgroup account and that seemed to play OK.
Then I loaded a second different newsgroup account and everything fell
abore, newsgroupwise.
Both newsgroups displayed as the same newsgroup name AND server.
Going into accounts showed that too.
Then I notice that every newslist item was duplicated in both accounts.
And then it started asking if I wanted to download all the duplicates
and the "new" newsgroup. Very strange.
After it all settle down, I tried to look at a newslist item and it
started to ask about downloading it ALL again. Yikes!
I just quit it and am about to delete Thunderbird.
Anyone else had similar experience?

A little more detail might help, but no I haven't experienced that behavior.

I have an account for mozilla newsgroups, and a giganews account, and they never mix posts.

Are you referring to crossposts?

Crossposting is the act of posting the same message to multiple information channels
