Well, since I no longer use SeaMonkey as a browser I am not sure, but I thought a Submit Crash Report window popped up just like Firefox to submit reports.

I can't find a preference to enable it, if it is disabled, even after adding the Nightly Tester Tools, and SeaMonkey Debug and QA UI extensions.
