If the file you transferred was a real bookmarks file from an older
version of SeaMonkey, do the following:

1. On the SeaMonkey menu bar, select [Bookmarks > Manage Bookmarks].

2. On the Bookmarks Manager window menu bar, select [Tools > Import
HTML].

3. On the Import Wizard window, select the File radio button and then
the Next button.

4. On the Import Bookmarks File selection window, navigate to and
select the file you transferred and then select the Open button.
