Well, that's just NoScript doing its job. Which is to BLOCK all JavaScript except when specifically authorized by the user. Some websites are so dependent on Javascript that they serve these sort of notices when you visit them with JS blocked. You might see less of those by relaxing NoScript's settings a little. In particular, you might want to fiddle with the "Options/General/Temporarily allow top-level sites by default" settings.
