We are making the assumption because it was posted in the SeaMonkey
support newsgroup.

When copying and pasting your link into Firefox and SeaMonkey. I get this.

"We're sorry....
We are not able to process your request. To continue, please select
one of the following options:

    Return to the previous page.
    View the verizon.com site map.
Go to the verizon.com home page."

If I click on the "Please enable JavaScript while viewing this site"
link I get directed to a Privacy Policy page with.

"Browser Policy Statement
Verizon recognizes the diverse operating systems and Internet browsers
our visitors may be using. While we want every visitor to have the best
possible experience on our Web site, we recognize that it is impossible
to develop applications that work identically, efficiently, and
effectively with all browsers.

verizon.com supports Microsoft® Internet Explorer 7.x - 9.x, as well as
Mozilla Firefox™ 5.x - 6.x and Chrome 12.x on the PC. We also support
Safari 5.x on the Macintosh®.

I guess they haven't caught up to Firefox 7.x.x or 8.x.x, and its
SeaMonkey counterpart.

I can confirm your observation that disabling, then re-enabling
JavaScript works.
