Are you using the 32-bit or 64-bit version of SeaMonkey?

Is SeaMonkey the only Mozilla application installed on your system? The
.mozilla/plugins folder is shared between all of my Mozilla apps.

Did pluginreg.dat get recreated when you restarted SeaMonkey?

I had problems with the SeaMonkey 64-bit version and plugins, so
reverted to the 32-bit version.
