Do You look for the bookmark.html file? A few days ago i also looked for and i learnt here, that we have to export the bookmarks as such file. Here the statements of Jim (because i use the german version with other expressions): They are now in a database file - places.sqlite . You can get a bookmarks.html file by using Bookmark Manager (Bookmarks-Manage Bookmarks) then Tools-Export HTML. You can use Tools-Import HTML on the other computer to bring them in.

What "just downloaded bookmark manager"? You don't need to download a bookmark manager, it's built into SeaMonkey. Menu item "Bookmarks" then "Manage Bookmarks...." brings up the built in bookmark manger. You shouldn't need to download anything.
