I have never had a problem keeping up with SM updates on my XP PC, but I
have tried three times now to go from 2.5 to the latest 2.6 version, and
it does not work. I get error messages upon trying to launch SM after
the update to the effect that some .ini file or some application .exe
file cannot be found, and I have to revert back to 2.5.
Anyone else having such a problem, or is it just me?
You should re-do it and carefully log what exactly the error message(s)
are and post them here. It may help us understand where the problem lies.
