CORRECTION -
This isn't a Mac OS contextual menu - it's a SM one. The
Back/Forward/Bookmark, etc. one which can be invokes with a right click.
It looks like if a website has an interface feature which can use a
right click, SM is overriding the website hot area and putting up it's
own menu until the user clicks away to drop it.
Bug written/fix in work?
