Is there any way I can enable Java in Mail and Newsgroups.

No. Neither Java nor JavaScript can be enabled for mail or news
messages. For feeds however, which can be handled by the Mail &
Newsgroups component of the suite, the same
preferences apply as for the browser component.

Thanks Jens.

Yep Mozilla has got on the save the dummy from himself ban wagon and ripped the ability to see and use Javascript or Java in the mail and news. While not necessary news. Users should have the responsibility of using what they want and take responsibility any consequences.

It along the same lines as dumbing down OS in Apple lion and Windows 8.

In Lion they have removed Save and Save As . . . once the file has been save first time. and With resume feature puts copies and copies and copies of files on the desktop. You can't organize anything. There trying to make lion look like iPad. From My readings on 8 The start menu will be completely removed. And sound like it will be worse than using an iPad.

I want my Computer to work like a Computer not a Tablet such as iPad. If your no smart Enough to understand and operate a Computer. You shouldn't own one. Companies shouldn't be dumbing down so even a 2 year old can do stuff.
