it is the way all of Usenet is going, no matter which news server you
use. Too many people are leaving for (horrible) web forums.
didn't mean to imply it was their fault... just the way the www is
evolving... new internet users prefer forums...
for instance: i no longer access the linux ngs... but go to the specific
forum for the latest linux release i'm using... precisely to winnow out
the flaming and the odd or irrelevant advice from folks not using my
particular distro...
life is too short... and most NGs are too tedious...
