So all is good, except that explorer cannot show me the icon near the

Perhaps the html-file.ico is not a good icon ?
As i can see, this is *another* bug of SM. IE and Opera are able to
modify windows in such a way that the corresponding icon is shown near
the filenem in explorer (details mode)
