I was seeing much of the same problems with <http://www.time.gov/> that
others reported here.  That was with SeaMonkey 2.7.2 and Java Java J2SE
RTE 6 update 31 (full version 1.6.0_31-b05), which is the latest Java
version.  I shut down SeaMonkey and restarted it, and the problems went
away.
