In the SM 1.1.19 email tool bar select Tools, then Password Manager. Scroll down toward the bottom of the list and you will find all of your mail boxes identified by 'mailbox://'. Click on the box 'Show Passwords' and, if one has been assigned to the mailbox ion question, you will be able to see it. If no password has been assigned, I would delete the mailbox entry and recreate the email account. Do not forget to click on 'Hide Passwords' to reset it.
