While I'm not absolutely clear on it, it SEEMS that what you have is
four different Seamonkey profiles within a single Windows user profile.
Do you use the "profile manager" or the "switch profile" in the Tools
menu to change from an account to another? If so, it seems I got it.

Anyway... if this is the situation, it appears that your second profile
got corrupted. You might try running Seamonkey on this profile in "safe
mode", that is, with no addons at all, to see if it loads correctly. If
it does load correctly with add-ons disabled, then you might be able to
re-enable the add-ons one by one until you figure out which one is
causing the problem.
