I am running Windows 7 with SeaMonkey 2.8. I can browse the web and receive e-mail. When I try to send e-mail, SeaMonkey tells me the message has been sent. The message never gets to its address. I tried re-installing SeaMonkey 2.7.2 and then 2.7 I still cannot send e- mail.
