Funny, so do I, and each time I mouse over an image, I get a larger version. It doesn't matter which image -- they all behave that way, even the porn at the bottom ("page 30").
It can't be one of my Google prefs -- I began by blocking cookies from google.com and clearing any existing ones, then visited the linked page. However, I didn't analyze all the settings in the URL (e.g., "safe=off"), so there could be something in there. These seem to overrule my personal settings.
