I remember this behaviour from back in the 1990s with Nutscrape
Navigator and it is still there now. Just one small difference,
clicking on the button does not currently cause anything useful to
actually happen.
This machine is running Seamonkey 2.8 x64 under Linux (Opensuse 11.2
Evergreen), I have also seen it under Opensuse 12.1 (also x64) and on a
32-bit Windows XP system.
