Oops. We decided to include the resizable bookmarks dialog in SM 2.9 already and forgot to address this issue at the same time:

This is not acceptable, as I use the Description area for passwords and info for each site that is bookmarked. Is there a fix for this, so the Description area can be large again?
Unfortunately there is no simple way to fix this (like a userChrome.css hack). I've asked our release engineer to include the fix for this issue iff we need to have a SM 2.9.1 (only happens if a security issue is found within the next six weeks). Otherwise it'll only be fixed in SM 2.10 (the first beta of which will probably be released within one or two weeks).
