SeaMonkey 2.9.1 released
I'm on SM 2.9 (with Win XP/SP3), and about: tells me, "You are currently on the beta
update channel".
When I click on Help> Check for updates..., nothing is found. Shouldn't it
find 2.9.1? Or do I need to get off the beta channel?
Thanks!
We've had a glitch or two in our 2.10 beta builds so far, the changes in
2.9.1 are not security related
I thought you hard working guys were only going to produce these minor
updates if it were a security thing (chemspils??)
If SM 2.9.1 is not security related, why produce it??
Security *and* stability fixes. If severe data loss (disappearing
emails) isn't a stability issue, I don't know what is.
And if we are going to respin to pick up such fixes we might let a few
low risk not as important fixes ride along.

The more fixes the merrier. i.e. I wish more bugs (issues) get fixed,
as soon it can be accomplished.
Of course I also wish there weren't as many new bugs getting through
to the released product versions, in the first place.
