Flash 11.3 does have a number of issues Adobe is working on.

The reason you didn't notice the issues in IE or Chrome is because they
use separate builds of Flash. IE uses a DirectX plugin that has to be
downloaded separately from the Netscape-style plugin FF/SM uses. And
Chrome has Flash built-in, ignoring the version you downloaded.

If you had tried it with another browser that uses the same plugin as
FF/SM (such as Opera, Iron or -- perhaps -- Safari), it's possible that
you would notice the same issue.
