The author's XPI file, is max.versioned to SM2.1, but I was able to
successfully download the XPI-file and edit the internal install.rdf
file, to SeaMonkey max.version 2.*, which works perfectly on this Linux
nightly build.

I have since downloaded and max.version-edited a more recent file, which
also works perfectly in both SeaMonkey's Messaging compose window, and
