Thanks for the quick reply Philip. Her husband just phoned and said the mail popped up a message asking if the mail was wanted to be sent, he answered yes and the mail went. Now when they Compose a new message, they have the Send button as normal. Somehow they must have used the Send Later option and it got "Stuck"..? I don't know myself, as I never use Send Later.
