SeaMonkey (and IE) HANG after Win XP sp3 receives

While this may not be SM's fault maybe someone
can shed some light on the problem.

Do you leave SeaMonkey running while Windows XP is updating? Do you
somehow launch SeaMonkey during boot-up?

Does that "preload Seamonkey after a boot" possibility still exist? If
that was still lurking evilly in about:config . . .

I always disabled quick-launch during installation. It became such a
rote habit that I don't remember if I did it for any recent
installations. However, was that not a form of launching during boot-up?
