Does anyone know where SeaMonkey v2.10+ keep its zoom settings for each

content-prefs.sqlite

OK, I have this file but how do I view and edit it?

No need [1]. Just open the Data Manager (under Tools), select "Preferences only" from the drop-down, select a domain and switch to the Preferences tab. Under Preferences Name, "browser.content.full-zoom" will appear for sites that have a custom zoom level stored.

[1] If you really want to dive into the file, try the SQLite Manager add-on. AFAIK it cannot edit files that are in use, though.
