Hi I use Seamonkey exclusively here. I know the there is an excellent utility
called MozBackup for the Mozilla emailers but it does not allow INCREMENTAL
(!!) backups where one can incrementally add new emails or configurations and
store them or for backup/updates or transport to another computer or laptop or
on to a USB thumb/CDROM drive.
Also, working in an office environment, some employers, quite understandably
will not permit direct CAT5 ethernet network or Wireless connections to their
network with privately owned laptops or desktops.
A native backup/update facility to, say, a thumb drive or CDROM would permit
syncing the office system with one's own notebook/laptop etc., quite
independently from any networking requirements..
Ideally, it would be wonderful IF there was one, in-built utility which will
allow both incremental and normal backups of emails, user
configurations/mailing lists and add-ons that is native to Seamonkey and other
Mozilla emailers.

Why not just backup your entire profile? You can then selectively, or
wholesale, restore it.
