Sir, I have worked in many system administrator positions that have address book databases. It all depends on which mail server you used to send and receive mail. Was is from your current e-mail account on the sccoast.net server? If so, contact a Systems Administrator for that system and they should have a backup of your address book that can be restored to your account. I highly recommend using an outside e-mail address when possible like Yahoo Mail or Gmail because they back up their data several times a day and they also have backup servers that ensure reliability across the network. I hope your health recovers! I hope this helps!

Please note....MEMORY PROBLEMS! I don't know what I did while I was in my address book (I know that I did not touch the delete key). I was searching for a name and as I was leaving I touched a key and all my addresses disappeared. I've gone into help for answers...Spent quite a bit of time on research, but cannot recover my list. Please help an old senior citizen with this disturbing problem. _______________________________________________ support-seamonkey mailing list [email protected] https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/support-seamonkey _______________________________________________ support-seamonkey mailing list [email protected] https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/support-seamonkey
