Does "you may find that it prompts you to set it as your default browser and mail client" not suffice? Anyway, the other place you can look is in Preferences, both in the main Browser pane but also in the Mail & Newsgroups pane. Note that the UI recently changed slightly too.

(including which version of SeaMonkey)?
I forgot to mention that you needed a nightly build, though I didn't know which version because it hadn't been created yet. (It should have been created by now.)
